Phase one and two of a twenty-five acre campus rebuild master plan for Elan Pharmaceuticals. Scope of work includes schematic design thru implementation of two three story life science buildings over two levels of parking. The design incorporates both podium and perimeter landscape into a unifying identity for the developer.

The south garden on the podium level defines the primary building entry and integrates the cafeteria terrace with a "kitchen garden" inspired layout. The North slope, and entry Drive present a large canvas of native/ornamental grasses punctuated by coastal perennials and contoured monument walls, linking both buildings to each other and to the street level entry plaza at 200.
